In Barcelona, the crème de la crème of the international restaurant and gastronomy scene are gathering to celebrate the 15th anniversary of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Celebrations on the agenda include an exclusive visit to the innovative El Bulli Lab, the brainchild of food visionary Ferran Adrià, and the popular #50BestTalks panel discussion. After great success at the previous talk in Melbourne, food enthusiasts and connoisseurs’ eyes are now turning to Barcelona.
The reason for this isn’t just the spectacular line up of 90 minute discussions with René Redzepi from Noma, Joan Roca from El Celler de Can Roca, Massimo Bottura from Osteria Francescana and Danial Humm from Eleven Madison Park. What’s unique is that the #50BestTalks in Barcelona are centred around the future of cooking.
The stars were met by culinary art on the red carpet and asked a few unusual questions about their own eating habits.
